Although the development had built hydraulic infrastructure, water service and granted availability for years, the easement in favor of AyA was never formalized. Current regulation blocks new availability letters and the project's continuity until this is corrected.
Technical and regulatory diagnosis of the existing system, AyA-compliance evaluation, institutional coordination, survey and analysis of existing infrastructure, plans and documentation, APC-CFIA permitting, easement in favor of AyA, coordination with multiple owners and end-to-end follow-up toward definitive regularization.
