RAM Ingeniería Civil SRL was founded in Esparza, Puntarenas, in 2022, with a deliberate specialization: integral water resource management. We are not a general contractor that also does water — we are water engineers who also build.
That specialization explains our results: over 10 kilometers of pipeline received by AyA, concessions granted by MINAE, exemptions approved, easements constituted and 15+ ASADAS served across the country. We know the procedures, the forms, the timelines — and the people behind every institutional desk. We work in English with foreign developers across the Pacific coast.

Specialist in hydraulics and water resource management. Leads strategy, project delivery and the relationships with AyA, MINAE, SENARA and the ASADAS. Author of the Esparza aqueduct optimization study.
