A water firm, not just another contractor
RAM Ingeniería Civil SRL was founded in Esparza, Puntarenas, in 2022, with a deliberate specialization: integral water resource management. We are not a general contractor that also does water — we specialize in the engineering, permitting and technical direction of water resources.
That specialization explains our results: over 10 kilometers of pipeline received by AyA, concessions granted by MINAE, exemptions approved, easements constituted and 15+ ASADAS served across the country. We know the requirements, the procedures, the sequence of filings and the technical criteria that apply before each institution. We work in English with foreign developers across the Pacific coast.

Founder and owner. Licensed attorney, duly admitted to the bar (No. 36530). Leads the legal, administrative and strategic direction of the firm, ensuring regulatory compliance and corporate solidity on every project.
Specialist in hydraulics and water resource management. Leads strategy, project delivery and the relationships with AyA, MINAE, SENARA and the ASADAS. Author of the Esparza aqueduct optimization study.
