A foreign developer in Manuel Antonio needed potable water, but the connection required 2.2 km of pipeline, crossing a national road and an easement over third-party land. The file even required a constitutional remedy to get unstuck.

A foreign developer in Manuel Antonio needed potable water, but the connection required 2.2 km of pipeline, crossing a national road and an easement over third-party land. The file even required a constitutional remedy to get unstuck.
RAM took on the complete project: CFIA-sealed hydraulic design, road-cut permits before MOPT and CONAVI, the easement in favor of AyA, phased construction and the legal route when needed.
A ₡85.8M work received by AyA and interconnected to the network. The client then entrusted RAM with two more projects — the best proof of work well done.
