The challenge
The project had received negative water availability responses and dragged a tangled easement unresolved for years: survey plans that did not close, pending topographic corrections and a stalled file at AyA.

The project had received negative water availability responses and dragged a tangled easement unresolved for years: survey plans that did not close, pending topographic corrections and a stalled file at AyA.
RAM took the complete case: corrected the easement topography until AyA approved it, designed the 1,615 m line with two regulating valves (CFIA-sealed drawings), renewed the water capacity certificates and used the legal route when the file went dormant.
The denials became a viable project: the work is under construction today to secure the water availability. The clearest proof that an institutional “no” can be reversed with engineering and persistence.
