Rickdonna: the same developer's third vote of confidence
313 meters of pipeline in Manuel Antonio for the client behind Big Door Prize and Palmas Pacífica. When the work speaks, clients return.

Water capacity with conditions
The project held a water capacity letter, but had to develop the supply infrastructure and comply with AyA's Service Regulations and current standards.
For the developer there was no debate about whom to call: it was his third project with RAM, after Big Door Prize and Palmas Pacífica.

313 meters to the usual standard
Hydraulic design, plans, APC-CFIA processing (code 115599, valuation ₡14.1 million), construction under technical direction, inspections, and tests.
The easement in favor of AyA advances in constitution as an integral part of the project — the method the client already knew from previous works.

Built and in reception
The extension is designed and built per AyA's requirements, in final reception to enable the development's formal water supply.
Three projects, one standard: RAM's most valuable commercial relationship was built on works that get received.
Returning clients are the best certification
Big Door Prize, Palmas Pacífica, and Rickdonna: three consecutive projects from one international developer. That continuity can't be bought — it's built with works that get received.
