CFIA valuation of ₡33.0 million and case file FAM-8141 before AyA, with permanent institutional coordination and follow-up.
Easement and current water capacity
The constitution of the easement in favor of AyA advances as an integral part of the project, along with institutional follow-up of the file.
The project's water capacity letters have been kept current — including their 2025 renewal — so the development never loses its position with the operator.
