The challenge
A residential project faced a requirement that killed its feasibility: building a sanitary sewer and treatment plant. It also needed a line extension, storm design and the availability letter.

A residential project faced a requirement that killed its feasibility: building a sanitary sewer and treatment plant. It also needed a line extension, storm design and the availability letter.
RAM built the 200 m line, designed the storm system and technically grounded the sewer exemption request before AyA's Environmental Unit — also filing claims before AyA's comptroller when the file stalled.
Exemption approved in 2025 — the project became viable without a treatment plant — plus a positive availability letter. A case where consulting was worth more than construction.
