A source that stopped being enough
The producers' association ran a regional solid-waste management center that depended on self-supply — until that source stopped being viable.
AyA granted the water capacity, but with one condition: build the public infrastructure to bring the water to the operation. No pipeline, no service — and the regional operation at risk.
Design, permits, and easement in parallel
RAM executed the full chain: hydraulic feasibility, design, plans and APC-CFIA processing (contract 1039273), along with MOPT-CONAVI permits for the national road intervention.
The route also required an easement in favor of AyA — managed in parallel with the works so as not to delay the schedule.
1,827 meters to standard
Construction under RAM's technical direction with certified SDR26 100 mm PVC, and the tests and inspections reception demands.
The national road section was executed under the MOPT/CONAVI cut-and-reinstatement protocol, with technical responsibility carried by RAM.
Interconnected, received, and operating
The extension was interconnected to the public network and received by AyA to satisfaction, with the easement constituted and registered.
The waste-management center secured its permanent potable water supply — a community-productive case where public infrastructure enabled an operation of regional impact.
