On top of it all, the operator has formal duties: monthly operational control and semi-annual reporting to the Ministry of Health.
RAM offers ASADAS and private operators the full operation and maintenance cycle: leak detection and repair, preventive and corrective maintenance of networks and equipment, tank cleaning, pavement reinstatement tied to water works, and the recurring operational-control service with its logbook, sampling, and semi-annual Ministry of Health report — including responses to open sanitary orders.

Yes. We offer support with scheduled visits, preventive maintenance and non-revenue-water reduction.
What if my ASADA has an open sanitary order?
It gets priority: we analyze the order, execute or document the measures, and prepare the formal response to the Ministry of Health. It is part of the operational-control service.
Does the annual plan cover emergencies?
The plan is built on scheduled preventive visits plus a response channel for corrective work. Experience shows solid preventive maintenance cuts emergencies to a fraction.
